- Clean and Inspect Combustion Chamber, Including Burner, Pilot Assemble and combustion Air Intake screens,
- Inspect Flue Piping and plumbing above water heater for leaks and corrosion.

- Inspect plumbing around water heater for leaks, corrosion or damage.
