*Please book for After April 1st as the Outdoor Temperature needs to be above 65°F to accurately check refrigerant. - AC Clean and Checks scheduling is between April 1st and October 1st each year.

Includes everything from the above Furnace and AC Clean and Checks at a reduced price. Plus. you recieve a 15% discount off of any repairs to the system. Furnace Service scgeduling is between October 1st and April 1st each year and AC Clean and Checks scheduling are between April 1st and October 1st each year.

*Note: Preventative Maintenance Agreement must be accepted and Paid for prior to systems scheduled service date.
